Guarantee

We guarantee all of our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us for an evaluation. We will inspect the item and, at our discretion, repair it, replace it, or refund the original purchase price.

Please note:
    •    This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or modification.
    •    Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return unused items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. After 30 days and up to 90 days from purchase, you may return items for store credit only.
    •    Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags.
    •    Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable, except in the case of defects.
    •    Please include your order number or a copy of your receipt in the return package.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired product and return the original item for a refund or store credit once received and approved.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 2–4 business days for inspection and processing.
    •    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
    •    Store credit, where applicable, will be issued via email.
